Max is another of Phoebe's friends. They met at school as spelling partners. Phoebe initially had a crush on him, but it is unknown if this still stands. On Phoebe's friendship chart, Max is her "friend who's a boy but NOT my boyfriend."
Dakota is Phoebe's frenemy, as listed on Phoebe's chart. Dakota and Phoebe were initially enemies, but after the incident where Dakota lost her hair, they became frenemies. Dakota often bullies Phoebe. Dakota said Phoebe wasn't the most annoying person in the world.
Marigold is Phoebe's best friend and a unicorn. Duh!
They became friends when Phoebe saved Marigold from staring at her reflection for too long by hitting her with a rock (accidentally). In return, Marigold granted Phoebe a wish, and she asked for Marigold to be her friend.
